We want you to love your fragrance. Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final.

We do not offer returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

Once reviewed, we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Order Issues

Please double-check your order before completing your purchase. We are unable to make changes once an order has been processed.

If you believe there is an error with your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used fragrances

  • Scent preference or change of mind

  • Items not purchased directly from our website
